TROPICAL STORM BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A new tropical storm has developed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is presently located about 250 miles southeast of Mexico's California. Experts are predicting that Barbara will intensify over the next few days. The storm is heading in a west-northwesterly direction at around 10 mph.
